Your information
When you submit an inquiry, we use the details you provide to respond to your request and discuss your project. All four members of the 3einseen team can access the inquiry inbox.
How it is handled
Online inquiries are sent through Resend to our Gmail inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. We do not save inquiries in a website database; email copies are held by our email providers and in our inbox.
How long we keep it
We delete inquiries that do not become projects from our inbox after six months. Email providers may retain copies under their own policies.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website visits and page performance without analytics cookies. We also count inquiries accepted by our email provider. This count does not include your name, email address, IP address, message, or other form details.
